Honest comparison of the 11 best enterprise AI workspace platforms in 2026. GDPR-compliant, EU-hosted, model-agnostic. Includes keinsaas, Langdock, Logicc, nexos.ai, CompanyGPT and more.

Your team is using ChatGPT. You know it. They know it. The problem is that IT has no visibility, compliance has no control, and every department is paying for separate subscriptions to different AI tools. Enterprise AI workspaces solve this. They sit on top of all leading AI models and give your organization one secure interface with admin controls, integrations, and GDPR compliance baked in.
We tested and compared 11 platforms head-to-head. This is what we found.
keinsaas is the best enterprise AI workspace for teams that want full ownership. Open-source, self-hostable, EU-hosted, model-agnostic, with a built-in workflow generator that turns natural language into production automations. Langdock is the strongest SaaS option for large enterprises (600+ customers, SOC 2, ISO 27001). Logicc is a solid mid-market choice in DACH with per-user pricing and Smart Select AI. nexos.ai offers the fastest onboarding. CompanyGPT is ideal if you want AI deployed inside your own cloud subscription.
We are keinsaas, an AI automation company based in Berlin and Tallinn. We have rolled out AI infrastructure for 10+ companies across DACH, including energy companies, retail operators, and investment firms. We build on top of n8n, and we work with every major AI model daily. We are including ourselves in this comparison because we believe our approach, open-source and ownership-first, is a genuine differentiator. That said, we will be honest about where we fall short and where other platforms are the better fit.

keinsaas is an open-source AI workspace that gives your team access to all leading AI models (GPT-4o, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Llama) through a single, GDPR-compliant interface. What sets it apart is full transparency: you can audit the code, fork it, and self-host on your own infrastructure. No vendor lock-in, no black boxes.
The built-in workflow generator, Navigator, converts natural language instructions into production-ready automations. Employees describe what they need ("pull new leads from HubSpot, enrich with LinkedIn data, push to Slack"), and Navigator builds, tests, and deploys the workflow. No technical knowledge required. This is the key differentiator from platforms that only offer chat and assistants.
Key features: Model-agnostic chat across all leading LLMs. Navigator workflow generator (Build-Test-Fix loop). Custom AI assistants per team or department. EU-hosted with full GDPR compliance. Open-source codebase you can audit and self-host. Integrations with Google Workspace, Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, n8n, and more.
Pros:
Cons:
Best for: SME and mid-market companies in DACH that want AI adoption without per-user SaaS costs, with full data ownership and the ability to self-host. Especially strong for teams that also need workflow automation, not just an AI chat interface.
Pricing: From 20 EUR/user/mo HQ: Berlin
Langdock is a well-funded, YC-backed AI workspace built specifically for large enterprises. With 600+ customers and 50,000+ monthly active users including companies like Merck, GetYourGuide, and Personio, it is the most established player in the European enterprise AI workspace category.
The platform provides a model-agnostic chat interface, custom AI assistants, team workspaces, and integrations with Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Notion, Slack, and Salesforce. It is SOC 2 Type II audited and ISO 27001 certified, which makes it a safe bet for compliance-heavy industries.
Langdock added a Workflows add-on (from 119 EUR/workspace/month) for multi-step AI automations, though it is a separate purchase from the base chat subscription and workflow AI usage is billed via API credits on top.
Pros:
Cons:
Best for: Large enterprises (500+ employees) that need SOC 2/ISO 27001 compliance out of the box and are comfortable with per-user SaaS pricing.
Pricing: 29.90-89.90 EUR/user/mo HQ: Germany
Logicc bundles multiple AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Mistral) into a single GDPR-compliant interface with a standout feature called Smart Select AI, which automatically picks the best model for each query. The platform claims 1,800+ enterprise customers and is backed by Tarek Müller (ABOUT YOU).
The platform is German-built and EU-hosted, which makes it a natural fit for DACH companies that need GDPR compliance without worrying about US data routing. It provides chat, assistants, and integrations with common business tools.
The caveat: all plans are subject to a Fair Usage Policy with undisclosed usage limits. The "Standard" limit on the Business plan is not publicly defined, which creates unpredictable costs at scale. SSO is only available on the most expensive tier (89.90 EUR/user/month).
Pros:
Cons:
Best for: Mid-market DACH companies (50-500 employees) that want a simple, plug-and-play AI platform without heavy technical requirements and are comfortable with per-user SaaS pricing.
Pricing: Custom (project-based, no per-user fees) HQ: Germany
CompanyGPT takes a fundamentally different approach. Instead of SaaS, innFactory deploys a dedicated AI infrastructure inside your own Azure cloud subscription. No per-user licenses, no usage limits, and no markup on cloud pricing beyond the project implementation cost.
It is built on open-source components (LibreChat) and includes add-ons like companyFILES (Office editing), companyRAG (SharePoint integration with permissions), companyTRANSLATE (GDPR-compliant translation), n8n workflow automation, and AI compliance consulting with a specialized attorney.
Pros:
Cons:
Best for: Companies with existing Azure infrastructure that want zero per-user costs and complete data sovereignty, and have the budget for a project-based implementation.
Pricing: Per-user SaaS HQ: Europe
nexos.ai positions itself as a quick-to-deploy AI workspace with a focus on speed of setup. In a head-to-head comparison with Langdock, independent reviewers noted that nexos.ai offers faster onboarding and a lower learning curve, making it a solid choice for organizations that want to get started quickly without a lengthy rollout.
The platform provides multi-model LLM access, AI agents, and a browser-based interface. It is a newer player, which means the integration ecosystem is still catching up (limited Slack, OneDrive, Gmail connectors at time of writing).
Pros:
Cons:
Best for: Small teams (10-50 people) that want to start using AI immediately without complex setup, and do not need deep integrations yet.
Pricing: From 29 USD/user/mo
Dust is built for technical teams that want to create custom AI agents with granular control over data sources, tool usage, and execution logic. It connects to Notion, Slack, GitHub, and more, and offers an API for programmatic access. Strong choice for teams with developers who want to build custom AI workflows, but not ideal for non-technical users who need a simple chat interface.
Pros:
Cons:
Pricing: 30 USD/user/mo add-on
If your entire company runs on Microsoft 365, Copilot is the path of least resistance. It embeds AI directly into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. The AI understands your organization's documents and conversations because it has native access to the Microsoft Graph. The limitation is that you are locked into Microsoft's ecosystem and models, with limited ability to use Claude, Gemini, or open-source alternatives.
Pros:
Cons:
Pricing: Included in some plans / add-on
Same logic as Microsoft Copilot, but for Google shops. Gemini integrates into Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet. Strong at summarizing emails, drafting documents, and generating spreadsheet formulas. Limited to Google's own models, and GDPR compliance depends on your Workspace configuration and data residency settings.
Pros:
Cons:
Pricing: Custom enterprise
Glean is not a traditional AI workspace, but an enterprise search platform with AI assistant capabilities. It connects to your entire tool stack (Google Drive, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, etc.) and provides AI-powered search across all your company data. Strong for large enterprises with fragmented knowledge bases. Expensive and primarily US-focused.
Pricing: From 8 USD/user/mo
Taskade blends project management (Kanban, Gantt, Mind Maps) with AI agents. It is more of a productivity tool than an enterprise AI workspace, but its AI agents can automate tasks, generate content, and connect to 100+ integrations. Good for small teams that want AI inside their project management tool. Not suitable for enterprise governance or compliance requirements.
Pricing: From 7 USD/user/mo + AI add-on
Similar to Taskade, ClickUp is a project management platform that has added AI capabilities as a bolt-on. Useful for teams already on ClickUp that want AI writing and task generation inside their existing workflow. Not a standalone AI workspace, and the AI features are limited compared to purpose-built platforms.
We assessed each platform across five criteria that matter most to the SME and mid-market companies we work with:
1. Model flexibility. Can you use multiple AI models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Llama), or are you locked into one provider? Model-agnostic platforms perform better because different models excel at different tasks.
2. Data sovereignty and compliance. Where is data processed? Is it used for model training? Is the platform GDPR-compliant? Can it be self-hosted for maximum control?
3. Total cost of ownership. Per-user pricing sounds simple but costs spiral at scale. A team of 100 on Logicc's mid-tier plan costs 5,990 EUR/month. Usage-based or flat-rate models can be dramatically cheaper.
4. Automation beyond chat. Most platforms stop at chat and assistants. Teams that also need workflow automation (connecting AI to CRMs, email, databases) often need a separate tool. Platforms with built-in automation reduce the stack.
5. Vendor independence. Can you leave without losing everything? Open-source platforms let you fork and self-host. SaaS platforms create lock-in. This matters more than most buyers realize during evaluation.
keinsaas gives your organization access to all leading AI models through one secure, GDPR-compliant workspace. Open-source, self-hostable, no per-seat traps.
What is an enterprise AI workspace?
An enterprise AI workspace sits on top of multiple AI models (GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Mistral) and gives your entire team a single, secure interface. It handles compliance, data privacy, model routing, and governance so employees can use AI without IT managing individual accounts or risking data leaks.
Are enterprise AI workspaces GDPR-compliant?
Most EU-based platforms (keinsaas, Langdock, Logicc) are GDPR-compliant with EU-hosted infrastructure. US-based tools may route data through non-EU servers. Always verify where the data is processed and whether your prompts are used for model training.
What is the difference between an AI workspace and ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a single model from one provider. An AI workspace gives you access to multiple models through one interface, adds admin controls, team governance, integrations with your existing tools, and ensures your data is not used for training. It is the enterprise layer on top of consumer AI.
How much do enterprise AI workspace platforms cost?
Pricing ranges from free/open-source (keinsaas self-hosted) to per-user SaaS (20-90 EUR/user/month for Langdock, Logicc). Some add workflow features separately. keinsaas offers usage-based pricing from 8 EUR/month, or you can self-host the open-source version at no license cost.
Can I self-host an enterprise AI workspace?
Only a few platforms offer true self-hosting. keinsaas is open-source and fully self-hostable. CompanyGPT deploys inside your Azure cloud. Langdock offers on-premise for enterprise plans. Most others are SaaS-only.
Which platform is best for DACH companies?
For GDPR compliance and German-language support: keinsaas (open-source, EU-hosted), Langdock (enterprise, Berlin-based), Logicc (mid-market, German-built), and CompanyGPT (own-cloud, Germany) are the top options. All four host data in the EU and do not use prompts for model training.
